Your main duties in flying with us:
- Drive data mining and advanced analytics from company databases to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for optimizing accommodation revenue.
- Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Leverage predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical techniques to forecast revenue, enhance customer segmentation, optimize pricing strategies, and improve ad targeting for maximum ROI.
- Continuously refine and validate models to ensure high accuracy and relevance in dynamic market conditions.
- Oversee the development and evolution of the company’s A/B testing framework to evaluate pricing strategies, customer behaviors, and promotional effectiveness.
- Ensure robust methodologies for testing model quality and experiment outcomes to drive data-backed decision-making.
- Partner with key stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and data teams to operationalize data-driven strategies and predictive models.
- Monitor the performance of implemented models and strategies, iterating as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Analyze competitive benchmarks, market trends, and historical data to lead to revenue optimization
- Present data insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, supporting high-level decision-making with clear, actionable proposals.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in revenue management, data analytics, and machine learning.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
- Proven experience working in Online Travel Agencies (OTA), e-commerce, or digital companies.
- Proficiency in using BigQuery and Looker for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks while being goal-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to manage stakeholders and present effectively to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent command of English & Indonesia language, both written and spoken
