Organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communications and safety.


  • Point of contact for office-related matters such as Maintenance, Cleaners, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands
  • Schedule important meetings and appointments for C-suite or management
  • Arrange transport for country management and regional teams
  • Manage office general expenses and plan in-house or off-site activity
  • Work with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary, as well as provide general support to visitors.
  • Manage New Joiners such as liaising with the IT & Inventory team to arrange laptops, ID cards, name cards, t-shirts &, etc.
  • Lead Office Administration Team to manage dispatch tasks and activities as well as Improve processes under office administration to serve employee better


  • Minimum requirement – Diploma in any discipline
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace For Business
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools and office machines
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
